1am - 4am: A PhD students supreme state

This week I have been working on the death machine paper, which is progressing nicely. The majority is now complete, with only the results and discussion of which, to complete. There is also the checking, however, I am going over it again as I type (for what seems like the 50th time) and making any necessary changes, so checking wont be too much of an issue.

I have also been writing some awesome lecture slides for Computer Algorithms and Modelling so I have been distracted/preoccupied by that.

Additionally, I have been working on the multi-matching again, and am just having some small issues implementing my choice of data structures (getting a lovely concurrency exception with hashmaps, which make my life that little bit more interesting ).

So it seems everything is head towards a nice little finishing point, or at least resting point until we get onto the really cool stuff (dynamic graphs here I come!). I am once again stating I want to have my paper done by tomorrow, but I may aswell give in and say the end of term. I will still be awaiting results for the multi-matching but it is my aim to have a draft completed soon, especially as I no longer have any distractions.

I will now leave you to continue with my dead machine paper, and hopefully you will an update next week.
