Bricks will be - laid nicely

A bit of a hectic week this week as I had my PhD Seminar today. Most of my time has been spent re-writing my previous seminar's slides to reflect my current work and my progress, I have also been playing with some of my implementations - mostly for funsies but to check where I left the multi-matching work.

Unfortunately, next week I am stuck in non-work related activities [JS], so unless I am particularly lucky, I will be unable to continue with much of the work.

So... what's left for me to do...
  • I have still got to finish my paper for the IV2012 conference
  • Yet to refine and finish my Technical Report on the MGF/CA algorithm
  • I need to write a report regarding my research explaining why I should be transfered to PhD
  • Finish the Multi-matching Implementation, Experimentation and Reports
  • Begin writing drafts for my Thesis chapters (maybe not full chapters but writing up my research this far)
Seems longer than I remember but oh well, one thing at a time.

Not much else to say for this post - the PhD Seminar went... something, probably repressed already. Paper is going OK-ish with the deadline extended to 21 March. Better news though, the seminar has returned my enthusiasm for the dynamic work again, so I am looking forward to playing with that.

I will update again soon, or when I can next remember.

  1. The seminar went great - you were very clear and got more reaction than most PhD seminars.

    Well done.
